When I log into my Outlook account it has changed in appearance, and not in a good way. I have two accounts and the second one has not changed. I am also unable to send group emails. Any suggestions on how to fix?? I suspect that the account that has changed in appearance has been moved to the new outlook. Here\’s how to tell which interface is being used On the left side, does it say \”Outlook. Unfortunately, once an account has been moved to the new interface, Microsoft will not move it back thanks Microsoft.

If it\’s the account that is on the old outlook interface, you probably won\’t get much help from Microsoft. If it\’s the account that is on the new interface, try starting a new thread, explain that your account is on the new interface, describe the problem in as much detail as possible , and also describe the things you have already tried to fix the problem.

Also, you can try searching these forums for any threads about the problem you are having with the group feature. What I\’d like to know is What gives Microsoft the right to change whatever they like, whenever they like?

I was worried someone had hacked my account and this was why it looked so different and had the question marks. Anyone else having this issue? Meanwhile, if you are accessing Outlook. If you see the question marks, please remove and save the signature and check if it helps. Outlook is more complicated now. Takes several \’clicks\’ to achieve what used to take one. Moving messages to folders, etc. Calendar used to open in another tab automatically, now you have to open separate tab, then go to Outlook, then click the \’Rubic Cube\’!

How many addresses are in the group? My outlook just changed yesterday afternoon. Don\’t like the look of it either not an improvement. Is this why when I try to attach files it goes to onedrive instead of options although never had the option of onedrive before.
